How do I clean the device?

Pull the plug before cleaning the device.

The device and the remote have to be cleaned with a soft, slightly wet cloth.

Clean the Soft-Mat after every use with the handshower or a sponge. If necessary, use mild soap water.
Don't use aggressive cleansing agent or strong brushes.

Turn the mat over and turn the device on shortly to get rid of leftover water.

Desinfect the mat regularly to keep it free of bacteria. We advise weekly desinfection when in daily use, especially if multiple people use the device.

Use common disinfectant.
