Who is allowed to use this device?

Children that are 8+ years old and persons with lowered physical, sensoric or mental abilities or with low knowledge are allowed to use this device, if they are supervised and instructed about the (safe) use of the device and understand it. Children need to be supervised, to make sure that they don't play with the device.
