Bluetooth connection does not work

Your Vifit connect uses the new Bluetooth Standard Bluetooth Smart. With this you do not pair your device through the standard bluetooth settings menu of your smartphone with a PIN like 1234 or 0000. The pairing can only be done through an App, in this case the VitaDock+ App.

Please press the + button on the top righthand corner within the App and add your Vifit connect to the list.
