If you've got the error message
"Data from an other user account has been recieved. Please check if the user profile on your device is the same as the one in your settings and try again."
the user profile on your blood pressure monitor is not the same user profile set on the VitaDock+ app.
For example you've chosen the user profile 1 on your blood pressure monitor and want to synchronize via Bluetooth smart with the VitaDock+ app. Be sure that also in the app the right user profile has been set. For that you have to tab on the bluetooth icon on the upper right corner and choose the settings of your device. Please make sure the right profile is selected and change it, if it's not equivalent to the one on your blood pressure monitor.
After that the synchronization process should not be any problem.
