The Bluetooth connection doesn't seem to work, what should I do?

  • Please check if your mobile device provides Bluetooth smart.
  • Please perform a complete measurement process (confirmed with a peeping noise).
  • If your device doesn't recieve the data automatically please connect the scale again to your device under the menu point "My devices".
