How Can I Submit My Measurement Data To My Doctor?

You can submit your data per email or present a printed form to your doctor.

1. Log into your user account on VitaDock Online.
2. Choose the "Blood pressure" tab and there stay on "Chart".
3. To get to the printed form please choose "Print" on the upper right corner.
4. To be able to send the form via email go to the tab "Total overview" and click "Export Data". You will now be able to download your form as PDF or Excel file to your PC/MAC.
5. This form can now be attached to an email to everyone you want it to be seen from.
