Cuff doesn't close properly

Did you take off the protection strip of the velcro fastener and tried to connect the shutter with its counterpart (square fabric area)? The velcro fastener can only be connected to the concerned fabric area. Please pay attention to the Medisana logo being on the visible side because the small pocket for the ViFit® Activity Tracker has to be outside.
