"Communication with the device is not possible"

1. Check if your ViFit® Activity Tracker is plugged correctly to the contacts of the concerned USB cable.

2. Remove the ViFit® Activity Tracker and connect it again.

3. Remove the USB cable from your PC/MAC and plug it to another free USB socket.

4. Close the VitaDock® software for PC/MAC and start it again.
