No connection between Tracker and VitaDock® Online

1. Check at first if you downloaded and then installed the PC/MAC software correctly.

2. Is the tracker connected to your PC/MAC through the included USB cable?

3. Check the connections and contacts.

4. Make sure that the contacts of your tracker are clean from any dust.


Advice: As soon as the tracker is connected to your PC/MAC, it turns on. A soft clicking sound confirms that tracker and USB cable are connected properly.
