Are there unsuitable sportive activities when I have a high blood pressure?

Yes. Patients with high blood pressure have to avoid sportive activities with jerky motions and sudden, irregular muscle contractions, like weight lifting.

In contrast to that, min. 30-minutes endurance workouts have positive effects on high blood pressure. Such activities as fast running, running in the mountains, jogging, cross-country skiing, swimming (without time pressure and only in water which is neither too cold nor too warm) and dancing.
