It's possible that blood pressure differs from your previously measured results or the results you got from your doctor. Here is some advice to avoid this case:
- The cuff should not be worn to tightly
- The canal is not positioned close enough to an artery/vein. Put on the cuff as shown in the picture down below.

- You should not talk or move during the measurement. Place the blood pressure device on the table and move as little as possible. Moviements and vibration will interfere with the oscillometric technique which is responsible for the measurement process.
- Make sure that the cuff is held up to the heart level.
