The PC/Mac® Connection Is Not Working. What Should I Do?

• Check whether your system meets the minimum requirements for VitaDock® Online. You can find more information on system compatibility at www.medisana.com/software.
• Check that the VitaDock® software is correctly installed on your PC or Mac®.
• Check that the CardioCompact is in the MEM mode.


• Reconnect the USB cable with your PC or Mac® and CardioCompact.
• Ensure that there a working Internet connection is present.
