After finalizing the TargetScale Wizard my scale only shows 'Medisana' and a rotating circle. What do I do?

Please check your username in the Wizard (VitaDock > Settings > TargetScale > Change Settings).

The Medisana TargetScale supports names with only up to 16 characters in total (First- & lastname).

You might need to shorten your first- and lastname accordingly.

This will be fixed with the next update.
