No sync with Android 7?

With Android 7 (Nougat) some smartphones refuse to connect to some of our devices (ViFit Connect, ViFit MX3 Connect and our blood pressure monitors) and the synchronisation stops at 0%. This is due to a bug in the Android Bluetoothstack, which was fixed in the next version (7.1). The bug doesn't exist in previous Android versions.

Unfortunately we are unable to fix bugs in the Android operating system and are thus unable to help affected customers.

To resolve this issue users can either downgrade to Android 6 or upgrade to Android 7.1. Unfortunately we are unable to assist with downgrading Android. An Update to 7.1 should be available via the update program on your smartphone. If an update to 7.1 is unavailable it might still be possible but we can't provide support for that either. Please ask the manufacturer of your smartphone when an update to 7.1 will be available.
